The pear Blossoms will be playing on Saturday 15th March at 7:30pm at Allendale Village Hall.
The Pear Blossoms are Alexander Jones (Texas) and Dayna Pirso (Ontario). The heart of their project is that of a string band~ both players have spent their entire musical careers steeped in Americana, focusing on pre-war era jazz and blues. They are delivering original songs written in an old and timeless style, as well as live renditions of tunes long forgotten.
